Black and White is my obsession and am constantly finding ways to express it, here I came up with this image of a "filtered" Black and White.

Slambigar Mosque: HDR Gradiant Duotone

Original size 158.42MB! Yeah it's really is that big! That's what happen when you use a lot of layers in Photoshop and making big editing, however compressed: 1.68MB

Exploring new ways for Black and White

I must admit I am more of a creative photography editor. In many cases I know my way around Photoshop... but the result of my images is never (mostly by chances) what I expected-specifically way... better than I wld imagine.
However the image below is a shot of the Mall Gdg. Taken Early morning (again...heh). THis shot was all planned down real well =) I am always wanting new ways to define certain element in creative vision photography. None more appealing to me- The Black and White.
If you know your way using Transform in CS it can be real fun. I wanted it to be funny in shape but majestic in a sense. So I came with the idea of burning all the windows and the reflection. And highlighting the exposure of the building for a different perspective of Black and White.
I had great fun editing this image.

The 5am Scene

Today mark a new experience for me as I head out to bandar at 5am, to get my "this week theme" "abandonment". I must say it wasn't easy as there are people and cars out and about at 5am!

I want to give a sense of ghostly environment, a street busy during the day, turn residentially unoccupied in the night. Impression "Resident Evil"
Actually I am very disappointed with myself, making a lot of mistake (as I was shooting all for HDR) i.e. forgetting to set my WB, poor composition and didn't fully utilize my spirit level. But today will be trial and error... the next time I'll come will be more systematic and plan.
Anyways more shot to come... saving the best for last ;)

Going Wide With Machine

My mission last months for a competition was suppose to be "How wide can I go?", but due to the fact they had close the deadline a bit earlier so hadn't the chance to send it. Anyways my new mission will be "Still Art Life" which I am now in the process of finding something that is "still" and hope you like this shot.
The impression here is the distance between the "digger thingy" in the foreground and the tractor's driver control seat, to me the space between it seem far... well not that far of course ;)
